We are a Commercial Mechanical Contractor focusing on HVAC within the construction industry, specializing in schools, healthcare facilities, public works projects, community centers, Bio-Science manufacturing facilities, emergency services facilities and other commercial buildings. To continue our growth in the industry, Delta has focused on Progressive Design-Build and MCCM methods over the past few years.

A successful project starts in the preconstruction phase, including full BIM with MEP partners to discover and resolve issues to ensure a smooth installation. CAD drawings are prepared in-house by our experienced detailing department providing precision layout of systems. These are used in fabrication and coordination with other trades prior to construction, ensuring that conflicts are minimized ahead of time. 

Fabrication is done in our 66,000 sf plant and storage facility located in Pacific, Washington, under a controlled environment, assuring a high standard of constant quality products. Our facility includes sheet metal decoilers, spiral fabrication machines, assorted roll forming machines, press brakes, and software driven cutting tables. These are just some of the tools on-site that help keep our product well within the industry highest standards. We prefab for “just in time” installation. Better components build better projects. 

Installation is overseen by a project-specific foreman, who is responsible for quality workmanship, compliance with contract documents, and on-time delivery of the completed project. Acquiring key personnel with actual working knowledge of the industry has been essential. We specialize in meeting the needs of the customer and are proud of the work we do. We incorporate lean building practices to provide the owner with a better, more efficient product. Delta continues to grow as a result of our service-oriented and can-do attitude. 

Delta is a family run company that opened its doors in 1994.  Many of our employees started with us then and are with us still.  We continue to retain high quality members of the HVAC industry. Delta employees are part of the Sheet Metal Local 66 of Western WA and Western WA Sheet Metal JATC members.
